Throttle Company is a great local bike shop here in Columbus, in a really cool store. They’ve been very welcoming to me as a new rider and answering my questions. They show care and genuine regard for their customers; they didn’t even charge me for an issue that took hours of their time to investigate for which I am very grateful. Also check out their social events and rider demo days on their website. Nice selection of gear as well.

I can not say enough good things about The Throttle Company. I’ve been there 3 times and have came home with 2 Royal Enfields. The first time was for a Royal Enfield Himalayan. I LOVE this motorcycle!!!!

The second time my wife wanted to look at a Royal Enfield classic 350. She’s not been on a motorcycle in nearly a 1/4 of a century. But she wanted to get back into riding since we’ll be empty nesters shortly. When I mentioned that my wife was the one looking for a motorcycle I instantly became invisible. They talked to my wife with respect. Didn’t talk down to her. Went into detail with every question she asked. No matter how basic. After about an hour, my wife settled on a Meteor 350. She LOVES IT.

The next week we brought it home. The paperwork process was clean and efficient. And anytime I called/emailed with a question it has been answered PROMPTLY, WITHOUT a condescending attitude. They have a good supply of maintenance parts on hand for diy people. This is BY FAR the best dealership I’ve EVER dealt with!

Stopped by for the first time this morning for a doughnut and coffee meet and greet. Spoke with several employees who were all friendly and easy to engage with. I was even offered a test ride within 5 minutes, virtually unheard of in an industry that shies away from test rides even for dedicated buyers, let alone out-of-town tire kickers. The store is very well stocked with bikes and accessories, much more so than its size would suggest, and the aesthetic and branding are some of the best I’ve ever seen. 10/10.
